Ideally, your warehouse’s forklift batteries should have a lifespan of around 6,000 hours. The chemical reactions that take place within the forklift battery gradually create buildup around the battery’s terminals over time, and this buildup can compromise the battery’s ability to hold a charge. To preserve battery life, this buildup will need to be washed off.
